Returns & Exchanges

At Medisave, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Medisave account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with their original packaging and tags into a secure shipping box or mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
